The B3 Community is all about women supporting each other in making sustainable changes to their lives to improve their mental and physical health. This safe space free of the common focus on dieting and weight loss. We are creating healthy habits because we deserve to be and feel better!

​My programs are meant to be a reasonable starting place for becoming more active, increasing strength and remaining consistent with healthy habits and routines overall.

​

These program are NOT weight loss programs. They are health focused with accommodations for those who are recovering from injury, surgery, postpartum, health conditions, mental health challenges, life hardships, and anything else that makes taking care of yourself difficult.

B3 Community Experience

$59 PER MONTH

🎓 Exclusive On-Demand Wellness Courses – Learn how to build sustainable habits that work with your life, not against it. All courses focus on both mental and physical well-being—offering practical solutions that fit your reality.

On-Demand Workout Library - Pull from a library of over 300 workouts to find something that fits your energy level and time. Workouts vary from bodyweight and dumbbell strength to live workout recordings and treadmill workouts.

👥 Community Challenges & Support – Because it’s easier (and more fun) to stay consistent when you’re not doing it alone. The B3 challenges are a proven HIT and an anchor for sustain healthy habits and routines. (Value: $20/month)​​

Choosing Your Track

BEGINNERS VS INTERMEDIATE

When you join the B3 Community, you'll be assigned to workout program track that includes 3-4 workouts per week. These programs have a home-based and gym-based option.

Beginners (Opt for Home or Gym)

 

Weekly Structure (days can be adjusted)

  • Workout #1: Full Body

  • Workout #2: Full Body

  • Workout #3: Cardio and Core

​

Program Features:

  • Modification-based

  • Minimal Equipment

  • Standing exercises

  • Knee and back-friendly

​

Equipment Needed:

  • 5lb- 15lbs dumbbells 

  • Fitness mat

  • Chair/workout bench

Intermediate (Opt for Home or Gym)

 

Weekly Structure: (days can be adjusted)

  • Workout #1: Full Body

  • Workout #2: Full Body

  • Workout #3: Cardio and Core

 

Program Features:

Focused on strength and cardio endurance 

Compound strength exercises

Includes some high impact exercises
Can be a gradual advancement from Beginners tier

 

Equipment Needed:

  • Home: 5lb- 25lbs dumbbells

  • Gym: Dumbbells, barbells, basic machine access

  • Fitness mat

  • Chair/workout bench

Be Well Program

Be Well is a signature program to help support mental and physical health goals and provide the tools needed to create a sustainable lifestyle and routine. Please click 'Learn More' and join the waitlist so that you don't miss the next enrollment period!

·        8 Self-Improvement Modules

·        Weekly Assignments and Journal Prompts

·        Live Coaching Sessions with Kristen

·        Weekly accountability and goal-setting check-ins
